After getting help from another blogger, I decided to help others out there, with their struggles on doing their daughter's hair.

Rokker Gyrl Fauxhawk
This look was inspired by my girl seeing alot of celebs out there, rocking mohawks, so I decided to twist it up a bit and give her a faux hawk with the hair out in the back I washed her hair with Just For Me Hair Milk and conditioned it with the Hair Milk Conditioner for about 10-15 min. I then let put olive oil in her hair and pu it in a couple of loose braids to dry over nite. The next day I made a part down the middle of her head and and alternated braiding her hair from the left side to the right. Afterwards I used a flat iron on low heat and gave her a couple of "corkscrew" curls. This hairstyle lasted about 1 week then I took it down and washed and conditioned again. This was before I changed my mindset about flat irons on her hair, so now, she usually wears sister twists where the hair is loose in this pic. All of her friends loved her "Rokker Gyrl" look!!
